The M-STEM Student Council is excited to announce our first ever M-STEM Service Month! The service month will provide our M-STEM students with a number of volunteer opportunities for each weekend of the month of March, beginning on March 12th! This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to others, while spending time with friends from the M-STEM community. We will be closing the service month with our annual M-STEM banquet, details on the banquet will be provided soon. We encourage everyone to get involved with these events! Saturday, March 12th: Restore (10am – 2pm)
A Habitat for Humanity group – help this upcycling area organize, stock inventory, and assist donors unloading items. Also has an artsy craftsy option with upcycling materials project!

Saturday, March 19th: Knit-A-Thon, Military Letters (1pm – 3pm)
Contribute to a Knit-A-Thon for a few hours in the M-STEM office and scribe a warm letter to a solider. Event will kick-off on the 19th, but knitting and letter materials will be available through March 25th. Food will be provided on the 19th.

Saturday, March 26th: Hands on Museum (9:30am – 12pm, 11:45am – 2pm, 1:45pm – 4:15pm)
Lead hands on activities with the museum visitors. Activities cover a wide variety of science concepts and include experiments, games, craft projects, and more! Sign up for one shift.

Saturday, April 2nd: M-STEM Banquet
Join us in closing our first ever Service Month with the annual M-STEM Banquet.
